  • JLPT July 2025 – Important Notice Regarding Electronic Devices
    Effective from the July 2025 administration of the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT), all candidates are required to turn off electronic communication devices, such as mobile phones, upon entering the test venue. These devices must be placed in the designated envelope provided by the test organizer and securely stored for the duration of the exam.
    The use of electronic communication devices—including during scheduled break periods—is strictly prohibited. Candidates must not open the envelope or access these devices until the conclusion of the test.
    Violation of these rules, including opening the envelope or using any electronic devices during the test or breaks, will result in disqualification.
    Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a fair testing environment.
  • The test voucher of JLPT 2025(Jul) has been sent to all candidates. Candidate who cannot receive the test voucher, please contact our Society immediately.
  • The new test times for each level will take effect from the July 2025 test as follows:

    Moreover, Starting from the July 2025 JLPT, the use of mobile phones (and all other devices with camera and communicating functions) is not permitted until the end of the test, including during breaks. Examinees must turn OFF their devices until the test ends. Please note that if the devices are turned ON during breaks, it will be considered as an act of misconduct and the test scores will be invalidated.

  • JLPT 2020 (Jul & Dec) refund arrangement
    Cheques for refund of July and December 2020 JLPT fees had been sent to candidates on 27 July 2020, and 28 January 2021 respectively. Please be reminded that the cheques are only valid for 6 months from the date of issue. If candidates of July and December 2020 JLPT still hold uncashed expired-cheques, please notify us ([email protected]) by 30 May 2023 for re-issuing arrangement. Requests for refunds will not be entertained after this date.
